Warranty Policy – Formuler Products distributed by tv-optimus.com

The warranty period for Formuler products purchased from tv-optimus.com is 12 months from the date of purchase .

Our limited warranty applies exclusively to physical Formuler products purchased directly from our online store . It covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

How does our warranty policy work?

1️⃣ Return request
The customer must contact us to report the problem .
✅ We will send you a prepaid return label with a signature required option .
✅ Customer must ship the case using this label and provide us with the tracking number .

2️⃣ Reception and diagnosis
Upon receipt of the box:
🔹 We perform a hard factory reset and a full performance test (including a speed test) .
🔹 The timeframe for carrying out these tests is up to 30 days after receiving the box.

3️⃣ Test results
➡ A. The case is defective
We will replace it and ship a new case at our expense .

➡ B. The case is not defective
We inform the customer.
⚠️ The customer will have to bear the return shipping costs (approximately $20-25) for the reshipment of the device.

❗ Conditions and exclusions

⚠️ Physical damage caused by the customer is not covered.
⚠️ Accessories (e.g. remote control, power cable) are not guaranteed.
⚠️ Only products purchased via tv-optimus.com are eligible (verification via serial numbers ).
⚠️ Mandatory invoice number for any warranty claim.
⚠️ Models that are no longer manufactured are automatically out of warranty , without exception.

Warranty Limits

This warranty does not cover:
❌ Physical damage (interior or exterior) caused by the customer.
❌ Malfunctions not related to a manufacturing defect.
❌ Abnormal or non-compliant use.
